I believe media as one of the best sources of public relation since its foundation has played a crucial role in promoting democracy and building up human rights . Media both printed and electronic which are known to be the best source of public relation can help people to know what happens in the world, with their social values and plurality. In fact, information published by the media as well as public services are more responsive to people.
Media is the most effective form of governance (democracy), which enables governm
ent to play a significant role in promoting democracy. However, democracy can be seen as one of the sustainable elements of media, which are both interrelated to each other, in terms of relationship and practice.
Media plays a decisive role in a democratic society in order to link communities, cities and countries through print ( news papers) and electronic communication tools (radio, Internet and televisions) to ensure enough communications as channels and indicators of modernization which they both serve as the agent of diffusion of modern culture and development communication.
